• You control the background image, the header image, the banner phrase, the table colors

• Search button lets you find any event looking by event name across any time frame
• Requester button lets you login or sign up to be a facility requester
• District Home Page button take the calendar user to your existing web home page
• Help button brings up detailed online help for users

• Jump to Today button takes moves the calendar to show and highlight today.
• Day, Month and Year menus move the calendar to the selected date.

• Select a group to see only events in a specific facility
• Select category to see only events of a specific kind.
• Use both filters together to narrow your search even more.

By Month

In any view clicking on an event title will bring up a complete event description and details.

• If someone wants to be automatically informed when changes to a specific event occur they can do so by simply entering their e-mail address.
• The event detail area is a full HTML based field. You can put formatted text, graphics, and hyperlinks in this area.
• Any facility with a hyperlink will be automatically have its link placed on the event detail page
• People can easily see related events by click on the View list button
• Contact information and e-mail link are included on each event detail page to let the public contact event organizers if they want more detail.
